I have never had such good service until I met Zach the service manager ,he went out of his way to help me when when I had to have my car towed to Napleton‘s because that is the closest Kia dealer how ever service manager ,he went out of his way to help me when when I had to have my car towed to Napleton‘s because that is the closest Kia dealer how ever Napleton tried to screw me over and charge me over $600 for warranty work I contact with Zak in less than an hour he had a tow truck in route to pick my car up take it to Louis fuse and the work was done with no issues!
