He was very knowledgeable and spoke to me in a very professional and courteous manner. He always seemed to have my best interests in mind and was focused on my needs. On day of delivery, he spent an hour and a half walking me through the features, service expectations from the dealership, and made sure I had all my questions answered. He followed up a couple of days later to see if I had any further questions. Having purchased cars since 1976, this was by far my best experience. More

Thorough servicr Dealer offers good service levels and is very thorough in their work. They do remember me when I come in, which is a nice touch. The quality of what they do is top notch and they are generally pretty quick in their turnaround time if you wait. They have two lounges - a regular waiting area and a quiet lounge. They offer complimentary coffee, tea and fruit in the lounge. The only thing I'd suggest is to go over a full cost outlay before they do any work because their work tends to run a bit high. More
