Sales = Great... Finance = Bad Sales Kyle: My experience with the Sales team, Kyle, was very good. He was quick to respond to my questions and provided me the necessary documentatio Sales Kyle: My experience with the Sales team, Kyle, was very good. He was quick to respond to my questions and provided me the necessary documentation and guidance to allow myself to pick the perfect vehicle for me. He provided documentation and additional locations as to where I could find more information on the vehicles I was stuck deciding between. He was respectful, courteous of my time, did not push me to make a sale, and made me feel comfortable with the numbers. He ensured that he wrote down what I would be financing and that my sales tax would be included. Finance Guy: Issue 1: Incorrectly charged. Was told I had to put the 1k down to order my new vehicle, I handed them my card. They went away for a while came back and gave me a receipt to prove I paid it. I noticed in my bank statement that the money had not been withdrawn. I inquired with my banking app and noticed that the finance people had credited my account 1k not debited. I went into the dealership to have the issue rectified, of course they were grateful for this. Issue 2: Service Contract. I spoke with the finance person about the loan he showed me my “options” for payment. He never indicated that the options were OPTIONS. I understand sales tactics however he also purposefully covered the top right of the paper indicating the amount per month without a contract. Informed multiple times I didn’t need the contract as I have multiple mechanic friends, and I don’t drive enough to extend the warranty. Issue 3: Signing. This is my fault as much as it is his. I was told to sign here. I was not given a document to read or keep with my signature on it. I was told “okay, sign here” on an electronic key pad that does not offer information as to what is being signed. Yes I know don’t sign something you don’t read… well I was excited about my car and I did. Again my fault as much as it is his. Issue 4: Paper work. I was provided ZERO paperwork after signing and told it would be in the mail 2-3 weeks from now. This means I’m driving a vehicle that I cannot prove I bought and have nothing saying that I own it for 2 to 3 weeks. Issue 5: Loan. I asked my Sale rep to have my sales tax wrapped into my loan. I watched my sales rep WRITE IT on the paperwork before handing it to the finance people. When I noticed my loan amount I inquired about when my sales tax check would be here. The finance guy did not include my sales tax into my loan… he did however add the service agreement to it. So I had to go back to the dealership and cancel a service agreement I didn’t want, and now I’m stuck paying APR on a 3k service agreement for something I didn’t want and I still don’t have my sales tax. Dealer ship over all: The dealership overall was a good sales experience. I, however, will not purchase anything through that finance person. More

He makes sure my Subaru gets the service it needs, that I know what to expect at the next service, and explains the status of my Subaru. Great job! Good waiting room(s)...one is quiet and one has a TV. I took advantage of my wait time by getting some private tutoring on the features of my Subaru. I wish I had gotten the name of the salesperson who helped me, but I didn't. He answered every question and helped me master some of the Subaru's features. Great job! More

This is our fourth Subaru purchased through Lou Fusz. This is our fourth Subaru purchased through Lou Fusz Subaru at this location in the past 14 years (although they recently moved across the street.) . This is our fourth Subaru purchased through Lou Fusz Subaru at this location in the past 14 years (although they recently moved across the street.) . The last two subaru purchases have been with Chuck Molloy. Chuck is great! He is friendly, and super helpful. He goes out of his way to answer all your questions or find the answer if he doesn't have it. I have worked with Brian in service and he is helpful and friendly as well. What I like most about this location is the no pressure attitude. Chuck is there if you have questions but he doesn't call every day to pressure me to make a decision. John (sales manager) stopped by to introduce himself to me but again, no pressure. Buying a car is can be stressful, but Chuck walks you through it with as little stress as possible. More
