New Subaru Impreza sedan and 1st time Subaru customer This 5'1" older lady was about to give up trying to find a car with a seat that adjusted to comfortably fit her and still allow me to reach the pedals This 5'1" older lady was about to give up trying to find a car with a seat that adjusted to comfortably fit her and still allow me to reach the pedals . I test drove several makes of vehicles before I tried a Subaru because I just was not familiar with the brand. I saw Christopher's bio on the Lou Fusz Subaru website which listed him as being a certified sales rep. I test drove several models, all of which "fit" me but one in particular knocked my socks off and was the one I wanted. The car I was replacing was 15 years old so I was a little behind on current technology. Christopher was patient, thoroughly explained all of the great features on the car and made me feel confident in my ability to get myself up to speed in no time. Both Christopher, Joe in finance and John, who is in management, made me feel like we were special and they had all the time in the world to answer my and my husband's numerous questions. I really hated to say good by to my old car but I think I am going to love my new car. I would highly recommend Christopher and Joe to anyone looking to buy a Subaru. Also, received good follow up from Christopher after the purchase. More
