You see I was there a bit early to check out a great car that I found on the dealership website. It was like magic from this point to the end of my purchasing experience with him. After our fun introductions filled with laughter and reminiscing about life events, Chuck was kind and diligent with each aspect of this experience from checking all the details of the car working correctly (both on the lot and on the road) to the paperwork, the oil change, the car inspection, the details for arranging pickup, etc. Before I knew it I had a wonderful car and felt like family to these folks at an amazing dealership. I truly enjoyed meeting Chuck's manager, John, and the dealer administrator, Joe too. They were all so kind, helpful, accommodating and professional.
