Loaner brought in and paperwork handled efficiently and I was off to work when I thought I'd be on the Metro Bus. Brian phoned to say service tech recommended installing a new battery and called again when the car was ready for pick up. Next day picked up car and enrolled in new Lou Fusz points program as my previously earned points had expired after eight years. The check out process was quick, professional and efficient.
