Great Car Purchase Experience I am so glad that I chose Lou Fusz to make a recent 2017 Subaru Impreza purchase. Kyle Wohlschlaeger was my Sales Consultant and he made the whole experience from test drive to leaving the showroom with my new vehicle exceptionally easier. The employees we interacted with were so friendly and leaving the showroom left us feeling as if we just visited with family and friends. Would recommend Kyle highly as the Salesman to ask for and Lou Fusz Subaru as the Dealership to go to! Keep up the great work! More
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM LOU FUSZ!!! I gave a $1,000 check for a Subaru Outback that Lou Fusz did not have. I was told that I was not obligated to buy this car if I did not like it. Aft I gave a $1,000 check for a Subaru Outback that Lou Fusz did not have. I was told that I was not obligated to buy this car if I did not like it. After I drove it I decided that I did not want to buy it. I asked several times about my deposit check and I was told "Don't worry about it, we won't cash it". Then a week later I checked my bank account and they had cashed it!!! I called the salesman and he said that it was some sort of mistake and that he would look into it....I never heard from him. I called many, many times to the finance department and was also told that they would "look into it" and call me back. They NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!!! It has been over a month and still NO REFUND!!!! I AM FURIOUS!!! They lost a sale because I went to another dealership and purchased a more expensive Subaru. More

Beyond that fact that Subarus are just plain awesome, the service I receive from the service department is top notch. In particular, Brain Eaton has helped me for more than 10 years with any and every service issue I've had with my cars; these are 95+% routine maintenance. A big reason I bought my second car from this location was the service department, and notably, Brian Eaton. The dealership as a whole is well informed about their cars and services. And in case it's not clear already, the service department knows their stuff. They can even decipher my failed attempts at making weird car noises (when that happens once in a thousand blue moons). Keep up the excellent work, team! More

When we came in to meet with Christopher Smith, we were pleased to hear about the new changes with the 2017 outback. We would up leasing again and could not be more thrilled with our new car. Windshield broken I had a small crack on my windshield that suddenly spread out. The CarPass would not cover it but Brian was able to work through somehow resolving it.
