Kyle W. and I had corresponded via text prior to my visit. I had expressed my desire to make the process as quick and seamless as possible. Having bought several cars in my adult life, I expected the worst: Hassle, Haggling and Delay. My experience was exactly the opposite. I was treated professionally and courteously; and Kyle, his sales manager, finance manager and the rest of the team at the dealership made me feel like my time was as valuable as theirs. We were able to settle on a great price for my new Forester and a great price for my trade-in. The deal was done in a surprisingly short amount of time and I was on my way. He also provided excellent knowledge and teaching ability in all the new systems which were on this new auto, and which I had never encountered before. He listened to my concerns and helped make the purchase of my vehicle something I felt very good about.
