Very professional, answered all questions, were very helpfu We were shopping for a new vehicle. Had it narrowed down between a Mazda CX-5 and Subaru Forester. We began working with the Lou Fusz group on line. We were shopping for a new vehicle. Had it narrowed down between a Mazda CX-5 and Subaru Forester. We began working with the Lou Fusz group on line. We made an appointment to visit the dealership because they had both lines at virtually the same location. After test driving the Forester, our salesman walked to the Mazda dealership across the street and personally brought a CX-5 back for us to test in comparison. This was a nice customer oriented personal touch. Everyone at the dealership was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned Forester Tourer and at least on day 2 couldn't be happier with the decision. Why not 5 stars? We were shopping on a Saturday and the dealership was fairly busy but it took a total of 5 hours from arrival to departure with the new vehicle. By the time everything was wrapped up, our salesman really wanted to go over features on the vehicle with us (again very customer focused) but we were tired, hungry and ready to leave. In summary, overall we had a very pleasant, quality purchasing experience and everyone at the dealership was great to work with. I would certainly recommend the Lou Fusz Creve Coeur location for purchasing a new vehicle. More
