I first worked with Stephanie after I had identified the vehicle I wanted online and she was very responsive when I first sent in my inquiry and continued to be very helpful and accessible throughout the process. I came in from out of state since Lou Fusz had an Outback with a specific option that I couldn't get locally - this had me a bit nervous but everything was much easier than I expected. Christopher Smith was great at making sure I knew what to expect even before I arrived at the dealer, and I really appreciated the amount of time he spent showing me around my Outback when I picked it up. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in and helped me get the best financing I could get. I would definitely recommend Lou Fusz Subaru. More

We were not sure what to expect in trading in such a newer car, but we were given a great price for our trade in, the car we bought, and had a completely stress free transaction. Our salesman, Chris Smith, took care of us this time and last, and he is great to work with. He is very thorough and goes over the car and its features so you can easily understand. Chris promptly returned calls/emails and answered all inquiries. He had excellent knowledge of the Subaru lineup and helped me make the excellent choice of Forester limited in burnished bronze. It's a wonderful vehicle and also great looking. Rick Summerfield was efficient and great to work with and also patient with answering all my questions. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to give the crew at Fusz a call, they knew everything as far as options and accessories and were more than willing to answer all my questions and I had a ton of them as the Subaru website is not very specific. Working with Lou Fusz Subaru I was looking at a Subaru Outback Premium at another dealer in St Louis and although they were very accommodating, they lacked on negotiating. While I was looking at a Subaru Outback Premium at another dealer in St Louis and although they were very accommodating, they lacked on negotiating. While I had one of their vehicles, I did a drive by to Lou Fusz Subaru to see a car they had (the one I really wanted) and to show them I was serious about buying a car. I worked with Dave Blanke. Dave is knowledgeable about the vehicles and was very accommodating. My only comment for him and Dave understands, he needs to work the deal for the customer (the best deal). Sure the dealer needs to make money on the deal as well but in the end, price sells cars and if the price is not where the customer wants to be, people go elsewhere. In the end, we bought the car and Dave was excellent in explaining how everything worked. As a matter of fact, when my wife was looking for a new vehicle, we went back to Dave to look at a Forester. Although the car was not right for her, he provided outstanding help and expertise. In addition, when we decided against the Subaru, he was quick to recommend a sales person at other Lou Fusz dealerships nearby. If you are looking to work with a salesman that is knowledgeable and patient, Dave is your guy. We also worked with Rick Summerfield who was also excellent. More
Couldn't ask for a better experience From the moment I first contacted Lou Fusz in St. Louis, I knew I was in good hands. I had a few questions about a vehicle that showed up on the websi From the moment I first contacted Lou Fusz in St. Louis, I knew I was in good hands. I had a few questions about a vehicle that showed up on the website, but didn't have a lot of details regarding its current status. I asked Dave about the vehicle and he said he would investigate the situation and get back to me. He returned my call within 20 minutes and explained the situation. I really wanted to purchase a certain color (the one on the website), but the dealership had other colors on the lot. I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. When I met Dave in person for my test drive, I was put at ease by his calm and warm personality. He knew the details of the car, he answered my questions honestly, and he treated me with respect. This last point was arguably the most important. I had previously visited Lou Fusz Subaru in St. Peters and Dean Team Subaru when looking for this vehicle. Neither salesman I worked with took me seriously or wanted to work with me to get the deal done. Dave was professional, courteous, and helpful the entire experience. On the morning of my appointment to purchase the car, I met with Dave and we walked through the numbers. I was hesitant about the monthly payment so he brought out Rick Summerfield to walk me through it. I had a lot of questions for Rick and he was extremely upfront. He helped me understand how the process worked and how my monthly payments would change based on the numbers. After speaking with Rick, I talked with Dave some more and we were able to negotiate to a more favorable price with the blessing of John Molloy. I had met John on the day of my test drive, and he too, treated me with respect, which meant a lot to me. The new price placed my monthly payments in a range that worked for me. Once I signed all of the paperwork with Dave, I went into Rick's office and signed everything with him. Rick, like Dave, was extremely honest. Both were unlike the usual car salesman/snake oil salesman that plague modern day dealerships. Rick walked me through all of the optional warranty/coverage purchases, but since he knew I wanted my monthly payment to be at a certain place, he didn't pressure me. After signing everything with Rick, I waited for the vehicle to return to the dealership from its final detail. Once it arrived, Dave changed the license plates from my trade-in, cleaned them to a pristine condition, and walked me through every single feature of my vehicle's interior features. He made sure my phone properly synced and more importantly, he made sure I was aware of a few tricky settings that I needed to adjust to my own personal liking. I first called Dave on a Wednesday morning. It was completely by chance that he was the one who picked up the phone, but boy was I glad that he did. I test drove the vehicle on Thursday afternoon. I purchased the car Friday morning. I could not have asked for a better vehicle purchasing experience. More
