We had a phenomenal experience with Lou Fusz Subaru leasing our new Ascent. The process was completely painless from start to finish, we had a vehicle pulled up and ready prior to our appointment with leasing our new Ascent. The process was completely painless from start to finish, we had a vehicle pulled up and ready prior to our appointment with Paul Lucero, and he was friendly and knowledgeable about the product. We had to place an order for an incoming vehicle and Paul kept us updated on the progress and the vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. Our trade in was a GMC lease and General Motors along with some other car manufacturers are making it almost impossible to trade vehicles leased through their captive finance but Lou Fusz has a GM dealer that was able to get around this restriction and make the trade in process simple and effortless from our perspective. Special shout out to Scott Christiansen and Eric Gustafson who I've had assist me before with car purchases who assisted us with this purchase as well. They and everyone we interacted with could not have been more pleasant and professional. I cannot recommend Lou Fusz Subaru enough. It's a difficult enough time purchasing a car in today's market but this experience despite the current climate's challenges is possibly the best experience I've ever had. More
