Wonderful car buying experience Ray Clancy helped us with the purchase of a used car for my daughter. He coordinated with his Sales Manager and got everything accomplished. Everyone we dealt with including Ray, from the Sales Managers to the Finance person provided excellent customer service, were very knowledgeable and helped us to get the process completed. There was a minor problem with the car but they bent over backward to get us on the road and get the car repaired. The repair was a minor problem and was fixed by their Ford dealer. We were so happy with their customer service and their skills in selling a vehicle we went to another Lou Fusz Dealership to purchase another car! More

We knew which car and features we wanted and the price we wanted to pay and worked with one of their sales people, Dan Lippert, who got the job done for us. We ordered the car we wanted. Dan kept us informed throughout the process and promptly responded anytime I had questions. The car actually came in earlier than expected and we picked up the car the day after it arrived. We met with Ray Clancy who walked us through the new car material. Great experience so far. And we like that we will be meeting with someone a couple weeks after we’ve had the car to answer whatever questions we may have. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a Subaru. More
