When I left without making a purchase because I had another car I wanted to test drive, Paul encouraged me to go look at the other car so I would be sure. He did not make me feel like I had wasted his time by not making a purchase. Paul followed up with me and I was back the next day to purchase my Subaru. Used Car Purchase We went in to look at a specific vehicle we found at this location on Autotrader. When we first walked in, Chuck was first available. At first, we decided not to get it, due to that being the first lot we went to, but then decided to purchase. We went back in and talked to Chuck. He went over information with us on the vehicle and answered all questions. He was not pushy at all. He made sure we were comfortable and he was very informative and friendly.
