Happy! Happy! My problem was a humming noise from the area of the front tire. I took it to my local mechanic who is awesome and he said I needed the tires rotated My problem was a humming noise from the area of the front tire. I took it to my local mechanic who is awesome and he said I needed the tires rotated since I hadn't had them rotated since purchasing the car (2015 Forester). He rotated them and the noise continued. Frankly, I didn't want to go to the dealer since past experience most often lead to a litany of problems besides the one(s) that brought me in. However, I decided to bite the bullet and have the dealer investigate. Boy was I wrong to apply my preconceived notions to the Fusz Subaru team. I did not make an appointment or call in advance so I figured I'd drop the car off and get a call in a day or so telling me what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix it. Then I expected it would take another day or two for the repair to be done. WRONG! In less than 5 hours the repair, a bad wheel bearing, was done and I picked up my car that evening. To top it off, the repair was covered under the 5 year drive train warranty. And that litany of extra repairs that I knew would be forthcoming? Oh, it was there: A wheel alignment. Some litany. To say I am pleased with the service at Lou Fusz is an understatement. I only wish everyone with whom I have a business/service interaction with would be as honest and efficient. Brian is outstanding! Waiting area gets 1 star Brian was outstanding as always! The waiting area is lackluster at best. The only thing offered was black coffee and hot chocolate?!?!?!? In August.! Management needs to spend time in some other dealerships. Our last dealership had cold water, tea, coffe, hot chocolate, popcorn, ice cream, fresh fruit. Sometimes in early morning offered fresh donuts. If it wasn’t for great service from Brian, we would go elsewhere. More
