He was extremely patient, and worked with me on a trade-in. I ended up selling my old car. The price of the new vehicle was reduced without the hassle of having the trade-in. My first time at the Service Department was great. Brian Eaton told me approximately how long it would take for the oil change and recommended rotating the tires. The waiting room was comfortable and I was ready to go in the time specified. When checking out, I mentioned that I was a Car Pass member, so all I had to pay for was the tire rotation. Overall, my experience with Lou Fusz Subaru has been wonderful, and I will continue to have my car serviced there. More

For years Brian has listened to my concerns and taken great care of both my car and me. I’ve had very few problems, but even perfect cars have issues. Mine is a bit of a magnet and has been hit four times. If it happens again I may have them paint it school bus yellow. The body shop and mechanics work miracles. Had purchased tires elsewhere — they were improperly installed. Brian documented mistake and enabled us to get reimbursed. More recently I have dealt with Chris. He too is a great listener who follows through and explains all issues. I have recommended their service department to friends for years, and I have to laugh at my husband who recently asked if he could bring his his Accord in for service. More
