I especially appreciate his respect for my 102 yr old Mother. Both visits, Matt has helped her out of the car and into the waiting area and put her back in the car each time. Matt's "A #1" in my life Matt sent me a text and stopped by our snack table, coke and popcorn, to advise progress. He even helps me with questions of things I don't know about the vehicle. Matt's the best. Clone him!!! More

Service center did best they could-problem is KIA. Car under warranty, 88,000 miles burns 2 quarts oil every thousand miles. But Kia will not replace our warranted engine. Kept abreast of the progress on my auto as it went thru service. Car maintenance is so costly but service rep found a coupon of 10% off for me as all coupons I received via mail/email had expired.
