Work was completed as requested. However, while I’m not “downgrading” the maintenance folks for the great confusion on one item, it led to the requirement for yet another appointment However, while I’m not “downgrading” the maintenance folks for the great confusion on one item, it led to the requirement for yet another appointment. I asked the service Tech if they also fixed the charging pad that was no longer charging my phone. Maintenance said it was working & no repairs were needed. So, the service tech & I tried to charge our phones. Both would not charge. The tech took my Telluride back into the shop. Maintenance then said, “Oh, there is a short somewhere under the pad & the replacement unit would be in next week.” Now I had to wonder IF maintence didn’t just “pencil whip” that item. I cannot prove it, so I complained to no one. I’m still suspicious, though. More

Lou Sobh Kia never seizes to amaze me, I walked in for an unscheduled oil change and was quoted 1.5-2 hours and my service was completed in about 40 minutes.
