Awesome Customer Service i Lou Sobh Kia was proactive in reminding me of the outstanding Product Recalls on my Sorrento. I called the dealership, very professional & engaging Service Rep, booked a time slot. On day of service, was met by a very friendly and knowledgeable Service Rep. Instead of simply trying to fix the small area, they decided that it would be best to put the car into the body shop and have the job done right. We definitely feel that they care about us and our satisfaction. They even filled up the tank with gas!!! Hats off to all the fine members of the Lou Sobh Kia team!
