Jonathan Handman is the BEST!! Jonathan in the Service Department has shown me Exceptional Customer Service. He has always made me feel Welcomed, important and that he cared abou Jonathan in the Service Department has shown me Exceptional Customer Service. I at one time thought that even though I bought my current car that I own from Lou Sobh, it was someone's trade in and not a Kia, that my car would not get serviced as well or respected. But Jonathan Handman has proved me wrong! And treated just like any other Kia Car Owner there and no different. He is Nice and Considerate to EVERYBODY! And that is what I appreciate about him. Not to mention he get's my Car taken care of. Jonathan sets a Shining Example of how all Workers in Customer Service should be. service Department I have always been leery when it comes to dealerships and service departments. I have very poor experiences when I lived in Ohio and every time I bro I have always been leery when it comes to dealerships and service departments. I have very poor experiences when I lived in Ohio and every time I brought my car to the dealership in Ohio within 2 weeks something else was always broken. I had little faith in the service techs. On Friday 8/4 I discovered that my son's kia (2010) had a flat, upon examination I discovered that both front tires were damaged. I called first thing Saturday morning in the hopes it can seen and repaired because my son had to drive back to college on Sunday morning, needless to say Jonathan who took my call told me it was a busy day, but surely we can be seen. I arrived within 15 minutes and by 5pm that evening the tires were changed and my son was driving it home. this is the second time Jonathan assisted when there has been an urgency. Yes the experience was very good and I would recommend to a friend. THank you. More

Exceeded Expectations Brought my car in for its regular oil change. Was told up front that, due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, it may take up to 1.5 hours and d Brought my car in for its regular oil change.
