Great Service Team Lou Sobh Kia of Cumming is awesome!! This was my first visit to their service department and it was by far the best dealership experience I have ever Lou Sobh Kia of Cumming is awesome!! This was my first visit to their service department and it was by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. The facility is amazing and the staff is even better. I was so excited to have a Kia dealership closer to my home for routine service needs. My past service experiences had been less than stellar at another dealership. My routine service times were anywhere from 2-3 hours and they only washed the car if you asked and then that would take another 30 minutes. Jonathan Handman was my service advisor and he explained in detail what would services would be done on my car prior to the service team taking the car back. My car was serviced with an oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection and my car was washed and ready to go in less than 50 minutes. AWESOME!!! I highly recommend Lou Sobh Kia of Cumming!! Thanks for a great experience. More
