The only thing I was satisfied about was how they provided a ride share for me and my infant to get home. Less than a month after I purchased a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED vehicle from this lot, it needed th provided a ride share for me and my infant to get home. Less than a month after I purchased a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED vehicle from this lot, it needed the steering gear/rack & pinion replaced. Thankfully I had purchased my extended warranty ( had to pay my deductible) , because they refused to repair it at their cost even though it’s something that should have been fixed during the initial inspection before placing for sale. When I scheduled my appointment to bring my jeep to be serviced, it took them an entire full 7 days just to diagnose it & tell me it’ll take another full week for the part to come in & then find the time to work on it. I was calling everyday, multiple times being sent straight to voicemail? No updates AT ALL what so ever until I finally complained to the supervisor. I honestly regret purchasing from this dealership. Got to do better. More
