Got check engine light on my new corvette. I call and was told not to bring the car in until the check engine light was flashing. I explained the code was embedded and I had it read. I was tol I call and was told not to bring the car in until the check engine light was flashing. I explained the code was embedded and I had it read. I was told again don't bring it it in. It has not shifted gears twice. I have owned chevys for years. I know to pull over and call a wrecker if I get a flashing check engine light. I called back and talked with another write up person. I was told to bring the car in the following monday. I did and was told I was supposed to bring the car in on Tuesday. I showed them the Pat reminder they sent me. They were sorry. I was assured that they would address the problem on a Tuesday. I took the car in again. I was told they wanted to clear the codes and go for a drive. A half an hour later they changed their mind. Wanted me to come back in 10 days and plan on spending the day. They do not have loaners nor were they willing to take me home. They want me to drive a car that has transmission problems. Make a third trip to their dealer. And spend the day waiting to see what happens. Today I got a notice from them that my service was completed. These people are clueless. They will tell you anything. They can't even figure out when and what they want to do. More

Purchased a 2021 Chevy Trax LT FWD with the sport package on 8/21/2021. Kathy was awesome at finding the right fit for me and my budget both vehicle and finance wise. Unfortunately, not everyone on the road believes in making sure the roadway is clear before they pull out from a stop sign and enter traffic. My Trax got totaled due to their error. They listen closely to the problems presented so that your technicians can diagnose and then provide the repairs needed. The repairs provided always address the problem and are done correctly. They are efficient. Since the repairs are performed properly, there is never a need to return for the same problem. They keep my beloved Chevy S10 running smoothly.
