Short long story how to loose a customer, I don't know the policy of this dealership but the sells person we got , was the most disrespectful person I ever met in a dealership, the language he use and dis the policy of this dealership but the sells person we got , was the most disrespectful person I ever met in a dealership, the language he use and disrespect never ever happened to me in a Ford dealership considering is not first new car I buy from Ford in a couple of years I guess they totally don't care ! Purchased a 2022 gladiator with 500 miles, inspected and cleared for sale by the dealership. I drove the vehicle from Loveland to Arvada ,1 block from my house power failure light came on and lost power. T cleared for sale by the dealership.
