6/2022, 2017 Raptor of 44k miles was taken for an off-road joy ride by Loveland, CO Ford’s service dept while in for recall work. My Raptor went in fully detailed including undercarriage, under hood, exterior and cab. I picked it up with dirty floors, dirt and mud under hood, dirt and mud in the undercarriage, and the exterior was filthy. There was brake fluid dripping from the bottom skid plates, my like new looking under hood blanket is splattered with brake fluid and missing a plastic push pin now. Unsure why the under hood blanket would have needed touched? Voicemail left with the service manager, no return phone call, finally just reported the incident with Ford. The Ford representative said they would contact this dealership. All facts, you make your own decision on who works on your vehicle. More
