As a 22 year old who has only previously purchased cheap cars sold by ownerd directly, this dealership was EXTREMELY helpful to me. Back in August when I had ZERO established credit and was a first time len cars sold by ownerd directly, this dealership was EXTREMELY helpful to me. Back in August when I had ZERO established credit and was a first time lender, they found me a loan to get me started even though this was extremely difficult; they even got me a lower than estimated cost due to my situation and their expressed desire to help me find a car. Unfortunately, an unforseen accident across the country saw that car totaled before it was paid off, and i found myself back at Ford to search after failing to find a good deal anywhere else. I went in to look at one car, didn't work for me, and they spend 2 hours searching for other vehicles that met my standards, without pressuring me- they simply asked if i was willing to wait 5 more minutes to find a difficult-to-locate vehicle in the lot, and it was PERFECT- my credit is thankfully established now, so i was able to get a newer more reliable vehicle than before, and they went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal as well as that the vehicle was indeed the best fit- they also provided step by step updates on my vehicle going through safety inspection and detailing, so i knew exactly when it would be ready for me to pick up. Definitely recommend, especially to young buyers who do not like the typical pressure of dealerships. More
