I had an appointment at 3pm. At 420 I went to ask A gentlemen by the name Francisco what was taking so long. He was very nice but he had trouble finding my name and my car. The gentlemen Austin told me he didn’t even remember checking me in when he was the one that checked me in. I was told that it would be another 10 min. I waited until 4:45 and it still wasn’t done when I went to ask again he said they were topping off the fluids. By 5pm it was done and the gentlemen said they would email me my paperwork and wouldn’t charge me although I was originally told my oil change was free because of a previous experience of an oil leak after my oil was changed. I understand that it gets busy but I do not think it should take 2 hour for just an oil change. I also felt like some of the employees were not concerned that I was unhappy. I appreciate the free oil change but Still felt like are ignored. More

I decided it was time to update my 2001 Super Crew with 229,500 miles and was going to buy one the the used trucks. found out I could buy a new 2019 Ranger for about the same money and bought one off the showroom floor. Had to reschedule a service appt. for my truck due to bad weather. They told me to bring the truck in the following Friday. When I arrived there was no record of an appt. being scheduled. They told me to leave it and maybe they would squeeze me in. I finally called them in the late afternoon and they said they looked at it and that the extended warranty coverage that had been purchased through another dealership had declined it. I went there and picked up the truck and paid a diagnostics fee. The next week I called the warranty company to get an explanation of why they would not cover the work and they had no record of Loveland Ford ever calling them. I have a feeling that Loveland Ford never even looked at my truck. They probably thought I was just making up having a scheduled appointment. Really rotten to not even look at my truck and then charge me a fee. Will never go back! More
