Doesn't back up their service While on vacation I needed some work done on my Navigator with Plugs and Coils. I made an appointment and was on time early morning. I was not able to leave until almost quitting time. I drove back home to Oklahoma and drove the car without any problems until one day I notice missing fire to plugs and check engine light came on. I took car to mechanic and they ran the diagnostics and they replaced Plugs 2,5 and 6 They replaced coils 2 & 6. They also stated plugs were loose and tighten them up. Then about a week later I had to replaced #4 plug and coil. I contacted Love land Ford and was told this was normal and they could do nothing about my situation. Please note had a class action law suit brought against their plugs. Total bill paid at Love land Ford 922.55. Total bill paid to mechanic in Tulsa 471.92. Total bill paid to Mechanic 186.52. More

We haven’t bought a used car for many years because generally we purchase new to get 0% interest. Make sure when you ask for your credit scores they give them to you. Also question the percent rate they give you. The finance staff gets paid on this. Had to go back, because he missed up on the paperwork. He did find a better interest rate, but we will be going to another financial institution, for an even better rate. Thanks again to Greg for bringing the Vehicle to us. More

All employees we encounter are very nice and willing to go above and beyond to ensure we are pleased with our service. The service department is fast getting our concerns taken care of. No one is pushy, as a matter of fact Josh wanted to ensure we got the best deal we could and brought a different vehicle we wouldn't have considered to our attention, which was the better option and fit our needs appropriately.
