Brian in Service I have purchased my last two trucks from Loveland Ford and I had the same great salesperson(Melissa Garland) both times. About a month ago I bought a I have purchased my last two trucks from Loveland Ford and I had the same great salesperson(Melissa Garland) both times. About a month ago I bought a 2016 F-150 and driving home from the grocery store when I smelled an electrical burning smell and smoke was rolling out from under the glove box. I called Loveland Ford and they sent a tow truck to my house to pick up my truck. The next day they called and told me they had a loaner for me and they sent someone from Loveland to Frederick to pick me up and take me back to Loveland. Brian in Service bent over backwards to make sure my truck was diagnosed and properly fixed. When I picked up my truck after they finished it was cleaned, washed and mirrors all cleaned and shiny. These two individuals are doing a great job for the store and because of them I will trade again with Loveland Ford when it is time.
