Bad Service On Sept. 28th my husband and I bought a 2012 Ford F150 from Loveland Ford. The salesman and finance team were awesome. However a few weeks after buy On Sept. 28th my husband and I bought a 2012 Ford F150 from Loveland Ford. The salesman and finance team were awesome. However a few weeks after buying the truck he realized there was something wrong with it. He took it in and they made an appointment for Jan. 7, 2020 to fix it. My husband called and stopped by to see what they were finding out was wrong. After a few weeks they said that it needed a new engine. He continued to check in with them occasionally to see how the progress was going. He went in after work on Feb. 17th and the truck was done finally but they would not let him take it because the warranty company had not paid anything yet, even though he was willing to pay the $250.00 we owed. He went back in the next morning and asked to talk to the manager who still wouldn't let him have the truck. after arguing with them for quite some time they finally agreed if he came back later that afternoon they would let him take the truck. When he went back to get it he found out that they had not even filled out the paperwork for the warranty company so he had to sit there while they did it. Who knows how long the truck would have sat Needless to say we will not be going back. We did not have an issue with the mechanic it was the service people who would not release the truck. More

After the super charger was installed the mechanics apprentice and his friend took the car out to see what it would do. The mechanics apprentice totaled out my new Mustang with only 266 miles on it. To my knowledge he still works there. I won't be returning to Loveland Ford for any reason due to how unprofessional this matter was handled True? More

Had to reschedule a service appt. for my truck due to bad weather. They told me to bring the truck in the following Friday. When I arrived there was no record of an appt. being scheduled. They told me to leave it and maybe they would squeeze me in. I finally called them in the late afternoon and they said they looked at it and that the extended warranty coverage that had been purchased through another dealership had declined it. I went there and picked up the truck and paid a diagnostics fee. The next week I called the warranty company to get an explanation of why they would not cover the work and they had no record of Loveland Ford ever calling them. I have a feeling that Loveland Ford never even looked at my truck. They probably thought I was just making up having a scheduled appointment. Really rotten to not even look at my truck and then charge me a fee. Will never go back! More
Window switch replacement I had an appointment at 8:40 am to replace a window control switch. At that time I asked if I could get a ride home. An hour and a half later I asked again if I could get a ride home. Then somebody came and got me. At 2:00 pm I asked if I could get an update on when this switch replacement would be completed. I was told Chris would "wander in sometime" and they would have him call me. I said I needed to be at work at 5:30 pm and would appreciate knowing. At 4:30 I called again and was told "we just now got the paperwork"!!!. I asked if someone could come pick me up as again I need to be at work at 5:30 pm. I was told yes. No one came. At 5:15 I asked me son to take me. The switch repair was done very well, but customer service was severely lacking. More
