A Dishonest Dealership My Lincoln MKS had a vibration when breaking like the rotors were warped. I took it in to Loveland Ford Lincoln on Wednesday, January 16th for that to My Lincoln MKS had a vibration when breaking like the rotors were warped. I took it in to Loveland Ford Lincoln on Wednesday, January 16th for that to be checked as well as a problem with the front cross traffic sensor and rear park aid. I got my car back on Tuesday, January 22nd with a stern and repeated warning that the front breaks were worn down to metal on metal and needed replace immediately. I was trusting that this might be the case along with warped rotors. Having over 50 years of doing break jobs myself, I elected to do it myself as they wanted about $400 to do it. I completed the replacement of the break linings and rotors today. The linings were very far from being metal on metal and had more than 1/4 inch of lining still on them. I have trusted this dealership to take care of my Lincoln and my F150 for the last few years. I am not sure what more may have been bogus but it makes me wonder. I suggest caution on having any work done at this dealership on any car or truck. More

I took my company truck in so one of there mechanics could work on it and the service writer didn't even give the guy my paperwork for four days. Even after all that every time I called to check on what I drive to earn my livlehood they acted upset that I dared to call them to ask for an update. If that wasn't bad enough they didn't even fix my truck!!! They gave it back and it still had the same issues like they hadn't even touched it. Don't ever go here they don't care about there customers at all More

I was not able to leave until almost quitting time. I drove back home to Oklahoma and drove the car without any problems until one day I notice missing fire to plugs and check engine light came on. I took car to mechanic and they ran the diagnostics and they replaced Plugs 2,5 and 6 They replaced coils 2 & 6. They also stated plugs were loose and tighten them up. Then about a week later I had to replaced #4 plug and coil. I contacted Love land Ford and was told this was normal and they could do nothing about my situation. Please note had a class action law suit brought against their plugs. Total bill paid at Love land Ford 922.55. Total bill paid to mechanic in Tulsa 471.92. Total bill paid to Mechanic 186.52. More

First of all, every time I have ever called with a question, no one has been able to give an answer than, "I don't know, we will take your info and get back to you when we figure it out. For a "Ford/Lincoln" dealer, the service advisors sure dont know much about Lincoln vehicles. After a month of arguing, I had my tail light replaced, went out 3 days later. Tried to schedule a recall today. I was told, "We don't know what to do. We are making a list for the recall. We will take your info and call you in a few weeks when we figure it out." Really? Thank jesus for Longmont ford!! They took info and scheduled service. And are getting me a rental. DO NOT GO TO LOVELAND FORD!! SAVE A HEADACHE! You dont need this... PS: OMG! Do NOT even try parts dept!! ECEN WORSE! More

Brian in Service I have purchased my last two trucks from Loveland Ford and I had the same great salesperson(Melissa Garland) both times. About a month ago I bought a I have purchased my last two trucks from Loveland Ford and I had the same great salesperson(Melissa Garland) both times. About a month ago I bought a 2016 F-150 and driving home from the grocery store when I smelled an electrical burning smell and smoke was rolling out from under the glove box. I called Loveland Ford and they sent a tow truck to my house to pick up my truck. The next day they called and told me they had a loaner for me and they sent someone from Loveland to Frederick to pick me up and take me back to Loveland. Brian in Service bent over backwards to make sure my truck was diagnosed and properly fixed. When I picked up my truck after they finished it was cleaned, washed and mirrors all cleaned and shiny. These two individuals are doing a great job for the store and because of them I will trade again with Loveland Ford when it is time. Horrible Service Literally some of the worst service I've ever encountered. And this is not just a one time thing. This is now the third time I've been here to have my Literally some of the worst service I've ever encountered. And this is not just a one time thing. This is now the third time I've been here to have my cars oil changed and tires rotated. Each time they have told me it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours and each time it has taken 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. Also one of the times I got my car back and they had put their dealerships big sticker on the back of my car without asking.I'm sitting in their waiting area as I write this. It's already an hour past when they said it be done and I was just told it will be another 45 minutes. If they can't get an oil change right I'm definitely not ever buying a vehicle from them. More
