After a difficult situation cause by a freak accident with my F150, the service manager, Matt and shop manager, Chris and technician Kody took on the the overwhelming task of completely rebuilding its fr with my F150, the service manager, Matt and shop manager, Chris and technician Kody took on the the overwhelming task of completely rebuilding its front end. I was there to have an installment that was part of the dealer's platinum package. The parts were not there when I picked up the car. Amber was great and got it all done in less than an hour! Under no circumstances should you buy a vehicle from this dealer. They have now had our truck in their shop for over a month, for the 3rd time. They have not even tried to to fix the problem. They "think" it dealer. They have now had our truck in their shop for over a month, for the 3rd time. They have not even tried to to fix the problem. They "think" it could be a power issue but they don't try anything to test it. They sit on so they get their warranty money. On top of all of this they lie to us. If you can ever get through to them on the phone, you will get nothing but lies. They tell my husband they haven't been able to replicate but, they tell me they have been able too but are waiting on Ford engineering. We have asked them to release the warranty so we can try another dealer. They tell us they can't do that. That is a blatant lie. We have talked to other dealers and this is a very simple thing for them to do. They just don't want to lose their money. Don't believe me go check the BBB (no they are not accredited) but they have an F review for their horrible customer service. Notice the only good reviews are from the ones buying their cars not from the aftermath of owning the vehicle. They offer an incentive when buying your car so that you leave a good review. Their 4 star ratings everywhere are over inflated numbers. Still don't believe me just go look up the story about the Mustang they wrapped around the tree. We are now going to be getting corporate and lawyers involved. More
This dealership has no sense of the customer and is not concerned with meeting expectations. I have had had my new vehicle serviced 4 times in the past 1.5 years and not once have they met there own guide concerned with meeting expectations. The service center was amazing. We were heading through town when our truck started to pull hard to one side. They got us in and back up on the road in no time. Two hour wait with an appointment on the express lane. Truck had finger prints all over the hood and fenders and no windshield washer in the reservoir. 3rd time having my $85,000 F350 serviced here which included tire rotations….all 3 times they failed to properly reset the front and rear tire pressures! 6/2022, 2017 Raptor of 44k miles was taken for an off-road joy ride by Loveland, CO Ford’s service dept while in for recall work. My Raptor went in fully detailed including undercarriage, under hood, exterior and cab. I picked it up with dirty floors, dirt and mud under hood, dirt and mud in the undercarriage, and the exterior was filthy. There was brake fluid dripping from the bottom skid plates, my like new looking under hood blanket is splattered with brake fluid and missing a plastic push pin now. Unsure why the under hood blanket would have needed touched? Voicemail left with the service manager, no return phone call, finally just reported the incident with Ford. The Ford representative said they would contact this dealership. All facts, you make your own decision on who works on your vehicle. More
