Purchase of Volvo I just purchased a 2017 Volvo. Lucas Fox assisted me. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me everything I needed to know about the vehicle. I just purchased a 2017 Volvo. Repairs can hurt, but I'm feeling the LOVEring. I really don't know what to say, or how to thank the team at Lovering Volvo in Concord. There is a reason why John Reilly has been there about a thousand years. My car is 25 years old, and needed a fair amount of work. Keeping my costs in mind, they managed to get me back up and running in a safe old car that I love, with minimal damage to my wallet. I truly owe them for everything they did for me. There just aren't enough fresh baked scones in the world to show my gratitude. When I can, I will return for tires and other regular maintenance items. You will not find a more competent team of service professionals with as big a heart as the Concord crew. From the bottom of my heart, thank you thank you thank you. More
Poor Service Department I brought my car in for its annual inspection in October 2018. It passed-no issues. I kept hearing noises from the rear of the car, brought it into another Volvo service department and they found that the rear brakes were totally gone-metal to metal. Obviously Lovering did not do the inspection as brakes are one of the key items that have to meet the state standards. More

In Dec 2016, my wife's former vehicle barely made it home from a hockey tournament. The next day we met with Tami and purchased our first Volvo. My wife could not have been more pleased and roughly five months later, I purchased our second Volvo. From the first time we met with Tami, through the purchase process, and the successive service visits, Lovering Volvo has been top notch! The staff are pleasant, courteous, and professional. Lovering Volvo made purchasing a new car, and keeping it in top shape a most-satisfying experience! More

I arrived at the appointed time for my service and was greeted warmly and given attention immediately. I was told there was food and drink in the waiting room, and when I asked if my dog could accompany greeted warmly and given attention immediately. I was told there was food and drink in the waiting room, and when I asked if my dog could accompany me, I was told that of course he could. I was given an approximate time that the inspection would take and then I went to the waiting room, made a cup of coffee, chose a snack, and settled in with the daily newspaper. The waiting room is in two sections, one with table and chairs and one with a TV, comfortable seating, magazines, and newspapers. Everything was clean and warm. There was a woman sitting at one of the tables. She obviously had a cold but was far enough away from me so that it was nothing for me to be concerned about. Within a reasonable time, the service man (whom I assume was Shawn Patterson since his name is on the payment sheet as the service advisor--he may have introduced himself, I'm not sure) found me to say that I needed a new passenger's plate light bulb and new wiper blades since my present ones were streaking. I ok'd them. He also explained that the technician noted the lower control arm bushings were starting to split. He explained about the bushings and said there was no danger involved at this time and that they would check them at my next service. He told me that replacement runs around $800, that there was no danger involved at this time, and that it would be rechecked at my next service appointment. With this knowledge, I can get a second opinion from my local mechanic if I want to. Very fair. Mr. Patterson also found the password for the Wi-Fi so that I could use my Ipad. It was no more than twenty minutes or so when he returned to tell me that my car was ready. He accompanied me to the cashier's booth in case I had questions. The price was not excessive, but not cheap. I paid, he thanked me with a smile, and I went to my car which was outside the door. It had been washed and vacuumed (which it needed badly to my embarrassment). All in all, a pleasant experience! I don't see how there could have been any improvements. More
