We had a great experience working with Lisa and the other members of the Meredith Lovering team. She was very helpful in finding us our new car and walking us through the ordering process. She took the time to answer all our questions, as well as helped us understand some of the finer details of the vehicle. However, if we could change one thing it would have been the communication on the price changes that took place after the vehicle arrived at the dealership and the days leading up to delivery. The price changes were not brought to our attention and when we inquired we were disappointed with the lack of response and accurate explanation for the changes. In the end, we reconciled what had changed ourselves and decided to move on, although we wished there had been open communication. On the day of delivery Lisa provided great quality service and took her time to share her knowledge of the vehicles different features and its capabilities before we left. Also, we noticed while looking at the car that the load bars were not installed and a member of the service team came right out and installed them for us quickly. We look forward to working with them in the future. More
