From the beginning Lisa honestly represented the qualities of the truck in question. We arranged for an inspection and test drive. When I arrived at the dealership the truck was ready for us. Lisa was quick to answer our questions and when she was unsure of the answer she didn’t hesitate to find the answers either through her own research or through conversation with other folks at the dealership. It is important for the reader to realize that this Volvo dealership primarily sells cars not trucks. Our experience at this dealership was friendly and free from pressure. We decided to purchase this 2015 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel. The rest of the company at Volvo of Meredith continued to exhibit the same professionalism that Lisa did. Emily in the finance department was proficient, knowledgeable and efficient as well as friendly. Roger Lovering is truly honest and fair. His remarkable integrity came through the day following our picking up the truck. His service department had changed the oil and caused an oil leak from the oil filter and oil filter cap. This caused us to get a tow to a Dodge dealer in Portsmouth which was the closest one to where I shut the engine down. Once Roger became aware of our incident he immediately offered to cover the expenses of the tow and the service for repairs. This shows he is a man of integrity and honesty. I would recommend Lovering Volvo of Meredith to anyone who wants to work with a professional and honest company. More
