I live in rural northern New Hampshire and in 2020 I bought a Volvo V60 from Lovering. I was my first Volvo and first time buying a car from Lovering. I will not be my last! He was extremely helpful even though I was buying a preowned car. I hope to get another Volvo wagon in the future and look forward to working with Dick. After visiting two Volvo competitors, we returned to Lovering. Dick grabbed another car for us to test drive and left my wife and I alone to fully familiarize ourselves with the XC60 at our leisure. That pretty much sealed it for us. Lovering Meredith has a very small town, personalized feel, but with multiple dealerships, they were able to get the exact car we wanted from their sister dealership. And I have to give a big shout-out to Thomas after the sale. He explained all the new technology of a new Volvo in a clear and concise way, and offered to have a second session with us at a later time once we had a chance to drive it for a while. Great job! Greeted by the manager when we first arrived for our appointment with the salesperson , Lisa Gendron. From there on it was smooth sailing and we were able to communicate with Lisa with ease. We discussed different options for buying the new car. The exact car we were looking for was actually on the lot. We were able to test drive and a few days later we bought the car. Very happy with the purchase. We also met the second manager, Carrie ( I hope I spelled it right) who was very helpful with the closing process. It was Lisa Gendron that was primarily responsible for this sale and we were very happy with her professionalism I was having some trouble programming my phone to the new car and she even took care of that. Finally at the time of the delivery she spent quite a bit of time to explain everything about the car and off we went with it. Nice car XC 90. More
