No attention paid to customer I purchased my Volvo 1/2018 at Lovering Volvo. My experience then was great; the dealership was also in the process of remodeling --- evidently, that I purchased my Volvo 1/2018 at Lovering Volvo. My experience then was great; the dealership was also in the process of remodeling --- evidently, that also included the personnel. When I returned for my service visits in 2018, none of those who had been very helpful and accommodating remained. The new people (both sales and service), paid no attention to the customers. - not greeted when I pulled in for service - had to wait at the service counter while the service MANAGER finished what he was doing at another counter. No other customers, he had to hear me come in the door, an "I'll be right with you" would have been nice. - while I walked around the service area (which is very "cold", not a comfortable environment), I passed several sales people. Gave the first few people time to say hello and they passed (quite cloise enough) without acknowledging me at all. The next few I said hello to first. Many even met my eyes and said nothing. - after my last visit there, I received the survey, filled it out, and when I tried to "submt", it kicked it out and I wasn't able to redo it. - I will not be returning to Lovering Volvo. More
