Finally an honest dealership! I am a young college student who was unfortunately struck by a tractor trailer truck on the highway...twice. After researching and visiting various dealerships for almost two months, I was getting quite discouraged as my spring semester grew nearer. Just days before I returned to school, I came across a used 2012 Nissan Altima on cargurus.com and for a great price! After visiting multiple dealerships with similar "great deals," I was suspicious because I had dealt with so many incompetent people who knew very little about the car they were selling. I was becoming frustrated with the unprofessional, dishonest dealers in my area and soon discovered Lovering Auto in Meredith, NH. It was an hour and forty minutes away, but I decided to take my chances. When I arrived with my parents, we saw the car and it looked immaculate! Shane Hayes came out to meet us right away and we were impressed after taking it for a test drive. They made the decision easy for us...this was the one! As for the dealership itself, Lovering Auto is quaint, clean, and professional and the people are great! They were never pushy, truly honest, and extremely fair. We were very happy and knew we had made the right decision! We had the best experience at Lovering Auto and they had exactly what we were looking for and more when it came to my used Nissan Altima. The car is in great shape and no problems so far! Both my mother and brother will be in need of new cars soon, and even though it is a long drive for us, it will definitely be worth it!!! Incredibly Professional Ordered XC90 in July from Rodger Lovering. Rodger kept me updated regularly. When my new car arrived his shop turned it around in a day. Easy, Great Deals, Caring Salespeople I came from out of state because Lovering Meredith had exactly the car I wanted at a price that was far better than anywhere else. Add in the 7yr/100K I came from out of state because Lovering Meredith had exactly the car I wanted at a price that was far better than anywhere else. Add in the 7yr/100K mile warranty and it seemed like a no-brainer. I called ahead to schedule a test drive, and immediately fell in love with the car. Upon my return, I noticed a tiny fault with the vehicle: the passenger door would not open from the inside. I was told: "Not a problem, I will not let you leave here with it, but I will fix it under warranty." By the next morning, I had a voicemail saying the car was fixed. I returned a few days later and the car was exactly to my liking. The staff cared about me, my needs, and my concerns. They did not pressure me, but insisted on giving me EXACTLY what I wanted. In the end I bought the car and could not be happier. I am singing the praises of the Volvo brand and the people at Lovering Meredith thanks to my experience, and anticipate a long Volvo career.
