I came for a NH state inspection after they advertised a discounted price. Although my car failed the inspection at first, my overall customer experience was very positive. They advised me on what to do next, made the follow-up appointment promptly and even provided a loan car for a period of time mine was in the shop, because the appointment fell on a pretty busy day for me. I have always had great experiences with Lovering Volvo sales and service department! Everyone at this dealership is friendly, knowledgable, considerate of customers circumstances. Bring my 2005 in for service when maintenance is needed, it is always a positive experience. Can make my appointment on line, they give me an estimate and a great loaner and they do it right the first time it is always a positive experience. A woman from work took me over once to pick up my car and she was so impressed with the great customer service she couldn't believe it. I just purchased a Chrysler 200 convertible and even bring that over for service to you guys, you are the best! I love that you wash my car even after I only got an inspection sticker - it's great! My experience is limited to parts, but what I saw/felt recommends this dealership. I came in for a Volvo plastic fuel door hinge. From the moment I entered the parking lot, everyone -from the mainte recommends this dealership. I came in for a Volvo plastic fuel door hinge. From the moment I entered the parking lot, everyone -from the maintenance/cleaning apprentice to the service managers- smiled and said hello. I usually go to another Volvo dealer. This one was much cleaner, lighter, well-appointed and friendly. No wait at the parts counter, some *very* helpful advice on another problem I was having, and out I went for the holiday weekend. What I didn't realize, until I broke the part I bought installing it, was that the price on this part was 50% lower at Lovering than it was at Miller Volvo in Hanover. I was shocked when Miller charged me $16.49 for the same part I purchased for $10.75 at Lovering. Miller gouged me! A very limited experience at Lovering, but based on this, I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and would try to go the extra distance to have my car serviced there. More

Friendly staff, courtesy rides, and honest work are something we all look for as consumers, but unfortunately, very rarely find. While my car was getting detailed, I test drove the new XC60 with Anita from the sales department. She sold me my car 2 years ago, and it was like I was visiting an old friend. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences at Lovering Volvo. I have recommended them to family, friends, and coworkers. More

We have purchased 4 Volvo's from Lovering in Nashua since 2004 and cannot be more pleased with the level of service from the service department. We have found the staff (Shawn and Craig, in particular) to be 2004 and cannot be more pleased with the level of service from the service department. We have found the staff (Shawn and Craig, in particular) to be highly responsive, pleasant, and very easy to work with. The loaner program makes the disruption of having our car serviced very easy, and the quality of the service from the team has been excellent. I would highly recommend Lovering Volvo. More

Have dealt with this dealer since I got the car 10+ years ago. They've kept us (me and the Volvo) in good shape for over 150,000 miles, and still going. Their service loaner program is a wonderful feature - ago. They've kept us (me and the Volvo) in good shape for over 150,000 miles, and still going. Their service loaner program is a wonderful feature - I can drop the car off and do my shopping whilst the car's being serviced. (I've use and been quite happy with their detailing service, too.)
