Very helpful. Their compressors lost power and they scrambled trying to deal with what they could with no power . I was there for all 4 new valve stems and they ha Their compressors lost power and they scrambled trying to deal with what they could with no power . I was there for all 4 new valve stems and they had already taken off and broke down all of my tires . The electrician was in no hurry, on a Saturday,to come fix the problem . We were there for awhile waiting and the workers offered us snacks and water and even to order in some food . We live an hour away from the dealership and couldn't go home and wait so one of the shop workers loaded up 2 tires at a time and ran them over to the other dealership to fix them . We were only one of several people there getting work done , so they dealt with what they could with no power . At least my car wasn't one of them on the hydraulic lift they couldn't help . Mine was sitting on blocks just off the ground so they were able to put them back on when the were fixed and checked. The waiting room had power so we were comfortable and had tv to watch . More
