I am mostly pleased with my purchase. I bought a new 2026 Frontier Pro-4X with everything, I mean everything (most add ons had to be ordered and we had to wait for the truck to come in (2 I bought a new 2026 Frontier Pro-4X with everything, I mean everything (most add ons had to be ordered and we had to wait for the truck to come in (2 weeks)). While I never once asked about pricing or price break, I just said what I wanted. I then asked if they would throw in window tint for me. Salesman said he would ask. I guess the answer was no as I never got an answer. I asked for wheel locks since I upgraded the wheel package. They were to be installed when the y came in as well. Never got them (I didn't pay for them because they never ordered them). I ordered the step that drops down under the bumper, it never came in and I ordered my own from a Nissan Dealer on eBay, got it in a couple of days and installed it myself. My wife and I both bought a vehicle at the same time and picked them up the same day. My '26 Frontier and het '26 Rogue Rock Creek (also with everything that had to be dealer installed.) We dropped a lot of cash that day at the dealership and all I wanted thrown in was window tint on my truck (I paid $350 for Xpel ceramic tint all the around including the sun roof). $350 and they wouldn't do that. We enjoyed our purchasing experience. Very friendly staff. In fact, this was our 3rd and 4th Nissan to buy from this same salesman. He was great. Loved dealing with him. I just think they fell a little short on completing my requests, whether it was "yes" or "no", I would like to have known. So I just did them myself. I now feel that if I want a vehicle "my" way, maybe shop around a bit. Ask questions. Get everything down in writing and get copies of it to show what you asked for. Make sure it is correct and do not accept delivery until its completed 100%. But generally, I'm fairly happy. Service department seems to try to do good, but apparently does not have the staff. Went to schedule an oil change and only available time was a week away. I will most likely continue to use Loving Nissan, but will be more aware and informed. I never wanted to bother my salesman or the staff for answers. I know that is their job, but assumed my requests were heard and taken care of. That falls on me for not finding out. My salesman was actually great, he found the truck I wanted, located the Rogue Rock Creek for my wife, got most of the items ordered and installed and had both vehicles ready to pickup at the same time. I will use him again if I buy another Nissan (Nissan has some issues to resolve before I decide to buy another). More
