I came in with a $100 voucher I had received from Low Book Sales as a thank you for our recent car purchase. My tire pressure light was coming on every 2 days, so I asked them to check that out and also Book Sales as a thank you for our recent car purchase. My tire pressure light was coming on every 2 days, so I asked them to check that out and also to see if they could figure out what was making a thumping noise when I drove the car. I also needed an oil change. I was not planning on spending any money out of pocket. The lady at the service desk came and told me there was a nail in a tire, so they would do the flat repair and oil change. I also needed to get the shocks in the rear fixed as they were the cause of the thumping noise. The cost would exceed the $100 voucher and I just didn't have the funds to pay for the shocks at that time and told her I would have to return in a few weeks to get the chock repair taken care of. After a few minutes she returned and told me it would be taken care of, even though I could not pay, they didn't want to send me back out on the road with the shocks the way they were because of the safety concern. Very fast and friendly service...as soon as I walked in I was acknowledged and directed to the department I needed. Once I was there I was also greeted very fast and by a sweet lady names Melissa who works a was acknowledged and directed to the department I needed. My driver door had been hit and bent something causing it to grind metal everytime I opened my door. Brought it in to be fixed, was expecting around $100 but they said they only had to hammer a part out so to grind metal everytime I opened my door.
