Integrity with a handshake Low Book Sales was awesome. They made an offer on my trade-in that was just below what I felt it was worth. When the general manager got word he came Low Book Sales was awesome. They made an offer on my trade-in that was just below what I felt it was worth. When the general manager got word he came over, sat down and said we want to make this simple for you and straight forward. How can I help? I told him probably what he already new and he offered more on my trade in and lowered the price on the vehicle I wanted. We shook hands and that was it. Obviously, filled out the legal forms but talk about customer service! More

Melissa in service department is RAD I bought my car here, and while the car has performed less than ideally (meh, it had over 100K miles) the service from Melissa and the other service m I bought my car here, and while the car has performed less than ideally (meh, it had over 100K miles) the service from Melissa and the other service manager has been excellent. For a recent service on my car, not only did they save me a couple of thousand dollars vs. what another mechanic wanted to charge, but Melissa actually called me up to let me know that their previous quotation was actually too high. She had an opportunity to take more money from me, but did the honest thing instead. I respect that a lot. More
