My first experience buying a Toyota was a horrible experience. I will not buy another Toyota from Lowe Toyota ever again. Randy Soloman was completely unprofessional by using aggressive language towar experience. I will not buy another Toyota from Lowe Toyota ever again. Randy Soloman was completely unprofessional by using aggressive language toward my husband and I. Even after our purchase, Ray Johnson and Randy Soloman we're not willing to discuss our purchase or offer an solutions to our problem. They pretty much told us that things would go their way, and we needed to leave their dealership. They kept us waiting for an extended period of time before acting so unprofessionally. I am convinced that Lowe Toyota is not a "people's business". Lowe Toyota made a mistake on our paperwork, but Ray Johnson was adamant at stating that was not their fault, and they really didn't care about the mistake or the customer. More
We went to Lowe searching for a new car because we have always taken our vehicle there to be serviced and never had a problem. At first it was a nice experience because we were not hounded like other deale always taken our vehicle there to be serviced and never had a problem. When we did show interest in a car they tried to strongly push us into buying it even though we said we were just looking around first. They tried to get us to sign a paper saying that we would buy that day. That surely wasn't going to happen with the price they were asking for, and they would not go down much on the price. We told the salesman no and that we were going to do more research before we make our decision. We got up to leave and walked into the main floor. The salesman told us to wait and brought out the sales manager to try an convince us to buy that day. He asked what he could do to make us buy the car at that moment. We told him, and he did not listen to what we were telling him bringing out an offer that was the same price we already said no to. We looked on our phone to look up the msrp pricing which was lower than what they were willing to let it go for. We said this to him, and he got an attitude telling us we were wrong. He told us we would not find the car we were wanting with the price we were asking for. Well he was wrong. We went to Butler in Macon and got the same car for thousands cheaper with a lot less attitude. The sales manager's bad attitude is really what lost the sale. There is no reason to get angry at a customer that you were only involved with for 10 minutes because they told you no and wanted to shop around first. Because of Randy Solomon's attitude, we will not bring any other our cars there in the future nor will we recommend your dealership to others. More

In 2012 I bought a 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser and Linda Slaughter approached me and was very friendly and accommodating. I came back on September 6, 2013 to trade the 2010 for a 2013 Toyota FJ Cruiser. Michael was awesome with the sell, I told him what i was looking for and the types of payments, wow did he ever deliver he got me a deal on a brand new truck and all i was trying to do was buy a used truck looking for and the types of payments, wow did he ever deliver he got me a deal on a brand new truck and all i was trying to do was buy a used truck for much less for the same payments. If anyone is looking for a car of any kind i would definitely talk to Michael because is will to go the extra mile and search all the vehicles to get you exactly what you are looking for in a car. I came into Lowe Toyota to just look at a few different vehicles when this young man named Mark Brown approached me. Like all who step on to a dealership lot, I was wary of any salesmen. But as the day w vehicles when this young man named Mark Brown approached me. Like all who step on to a dealership lot, I was wary of any salesmen. But as the day went on I could not help but to be captivated by this man’s smile and natural charisma. I ended up purchasing a new Toyota Camry, which we are very pleased with, and after my experience I have to say that as long as I live in Warner Robins, I will never go to anyone else but Mark Brown. Mark Brown held my hand as he walked me through an otherwise painful and stressful ordeal. He made the whole process as smooth as chocolate on a warm summers day. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Lowe Toyota in Warner Robins. It actually gave me a little faith in car dealerships again. I started my search via the internet and narrowed my search down to in Warner Robins. It actually gave me a little faith in car dealerships again. I started my search via the internet and narrowed my search down to a few vehicles. The next step I took was test driving the cars and was real concerned about that. Everyone knows how car dealerships are. They are like Vultures waiting for their prey. Of course I was right. The first 4 dealerships I went to were exactly like that. I could not even pull in the lot before they were at my car before I could even get out of the car. So to say the least my time at those dealerships were short lived. Not to mention half of the dealerships don’t want to give you a price for the car until you have negotiated back and forth five times! Not my idea of good business. However I drove to Lowe Toyota and found it be a very refreshing experience!! No vultures, just sincere professionals doing their job!! Wow!! The sales man asked how he could assist me. That was a new twist. I told him what I was interested in and that I was not going to go back and forth with price. Just give me your best price and we will talk. So I then drive a few of the vehicles on the lot asking a billion questions about features, etc. and he answered every one of them with detailed information that you normally get from consumer reports. Very impressed yet again!! I finally decide which car I want which happened to be a 2013 Toyota Avalon. Now to the price!! Only took a minute to get that bottom line price and it was sold!!! Oh yeah did I mention they took it back and got it detailed and a new tank of gas while I was filling out paperwork? Thank you Lowe Toyota!!!! More
