Lowe Toyota of Warner Robins

Had an appointment at 9:30 just to see if my tire was covered on my 2022 Camry. It took 2 hours for Terrence, the service pro to figure out that it wasn’t covered and would be full cost. When I questioned Terrence about the wait for a simple answer he told me “he doesn’t care about his customers time” and that “he don’t care how much I paid” 2 hours just to figure out if it was covered through warranty. Terrence was very unprofessional and tempered, maybe he had a bad day or short on staff. I could understand that but, all he wanted was to argue, even his manager had to tell him to chill out! More

Terrible experience today. They told me, my tire had a nail, and it couldn’t be repaired, spend 300$ on a new tire. I asked for my old tire back, and went to another tire shop, and they were able to fix i nail, and it couldn’t be repaired, spend 300$ on a new tire. I asked for my old tire back, and went to another tire shop, and they were able to fix it, no problem. So I called Gina Vanwormer at Lowe’s Toyota, to see, if I could have my old tire mounted, and get my money back for the new tire. She said, since we already drove off, it’s not considered a new tire anymore, and I can’t have my money back. Needless to say, I will never go back to them, and will file a former complaint with the BBB. It’s a shame, that they take advantage of customers like that! More

I had a car to trade and I live in Cordele and she told me to t I was looking at your website and I got contacted with Jordie Hanson. She was awesome. I had a car to trade and I live in Cordele and she told me to take some pictures and send to her and then she could get a trade in value for my car. She worked the whole transaction by email, text and one phone call. Then to my surprise she told me someone could come and pick up my car and bring me the new one.
