I went looking for a Prius then saw the Camry and found out there was a Camry Hybrid. I drove all three and my saleman didn't bat an eye. He was very willing to help. First of all, this was my first experience buying a Toyota. The salesperson did not show me how to operate any of the controls in the car. The clock was not even set to the correct time, had to read th Toyota. The salesperson did not show me how to operate any of the controls in the car. The clock was not even set to the correct time, had to read the owners manual to figure that out. I was in the dealership for what seemed an eternity. Then, for my first service, I took the car in, even though I am capable of doing my own service, I thought it might be easier to let the dealership take care of my oil changes and tire rotations. Wrong! It took them 2 hours to do a simple oil change and tire rotation, and I had an appointment. To keep things in perspective, I can perform this same routine maintenance in my driveway in about 45 minutes. After 2 hours, I was directed to go ahead and pay and my car would be ready. I stood around after paying for another 15 minutes waiting for someone to find my keys. Afterwards, I called and spoke to the service manager about what happened and he acted as if he could care less if I was satisfied or not. I felt like I didn't matter because their dealership is so big, they didn't need me. They won't ever get another dime of my money nor another minute of my time. I have advised all of my friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, and complete strangers of my experience and will continue to do so as long as these folks are in business. By the way, I love the car, I just wish I had bought it somewhere else. More
