Mr. Watts was very responsive. When Mr. Garner and I drove up Mr. Watts was right there to ask us if he could help us. We told him what we had in mind to buy and he was very helpsul and so nice. Another thing about Lowe Toyota that we were not presured to buy and we did not have to dicker about price. Mr. Watts told up right away what he could do on the price. another thing no one tried to sell us extended warrinty etc. We are pleased with our new Toyota Rav4 and Lowe Totota. I've never bought a new car before. The customer service team at Lowe Toyota made the experience much less intimidating and much more enjoyable than I expected. I was lucky enough to have called and got to talk to Ed before we visited so he already knew exactly what I wanted and had prepared all my options. Well I guess I felt like I knw Mr. Blackmen, Normally when some one walks up to me I get defensive. But with him I felt at ease not like I was just approched to be puahed and cheated. I really was just lookin that day my intention was to look and bring someone back with me who understood the laugage, I was always toldif you dont take a man or someone experanced in car delarship they will cheat you if you are a women.Car dealarships as you know has a very bad rep. according to the street talk, but I think Mr. Blackmon changed my mine about them. Friday, Jan 7 2011, my wife and I were at the dealership having our 2010 Tundra service. We were not in the market for a new vehicle; however, an upgrade would be nice. The salesman found a Tundra that met having our 2010 Tundra service. We were not in the market for a new vehicle; however, an upgrade would be nice. The salesman found a Tundra that met my expectation. I told him we had errands to run and if he could get the price right he would have my business. My wife and I returned to the dealership a couple of hours later to pick up our Tundra from the service department. Mr. Watts verbally told me the price and payment at a good interest rate, so we purchased the new truck on the spot. This has been the best vehicle buying experience I had ever had. Not much game playing, no playing with the price and figures. Just good old fashion straight talk and a handshake. Again we were not in the market to buy a new vehicle, because the 2010 Tundra exceeded my expectation. The 2011 Tundra were a year and package upgrade only. More

Linda promised me a painless transaction, and actually I was putting off my purchase because I dreaded the experience. On the day I bought my car I was babysitting my granddaughter and didn't want to bring her with me, I spoke with Linda the night before and she promised me in and out service. She delivered and more, I drove away in my favorite model (2011 Avalon) and could not be happier. Thanks Lowe Toyota and Linda Slaughter for such wonderful service. I researched about 8 different SUV or cross-over vehicles prior to going to Lowe Toyota. I visited 3 different dealerships (Ford, Honda and Toyota)and corresponded with 5 online. Sales service was superior prior to going to Lowe Toyota. I visited 3 different dealerships (Ford, Honda and Toyota)and corresponded with 5 online. Sales service was superior from the Toyota dealership because the initial salesperson was allowed to manage the process without sales management taking over the exchange. Working as a team, individuals from the dealership never waivered from providing me answers to my questions that I felt were honest and straightforward. The salesperson was very competent, friendly and patient. Both the salesperson and the finance person took time to explain options, work toward my requests as the customer and review my choices after selection. Not only will I return to this dealership for my next purchase, but I am recommending my friends!!! More
Lowe Toyota came through for me. My wife's & my credit took a hit this year and I was upside down in my trade (Beautiful SUV but gas guzzler). I wanted a new Camry but was concerned about trade value. I took a hit this year and I was upside down in my trade (Beautiful SUV but gas guzzler). I wanted a new Camry but was concerned about trade value. I was initially disappointed by what they offered for my trade in, and decided to check out the competition in Macon. I discovered a significant decrease in the level of professionalism & customer service immediately. They were willing to offer me more for my trade, but I felt uneasy the whole time...felt like I was gonna regret my purchase. I was declined from the lender that I wanted to use and since evening had rolled around they had to shop my deal to another finance company. They let me keep their car overnight and at 3pm the next day they told me I was approved at the most miserable terms you could EVER imagine. I took the competition's vehicle and drove it to Lowe Toyota. I told them the situation with my credit and it was like it didn't even matter. I told them what I wanted and they listened. I felt valued and they seemed proud to earn my business. The competition threw my credit in my face and smeared it all over me like I was a disgusting worm who should be lucky anyone would be extending me credit. Less than an hour of my return to Lowe Toyota, I was approved and they BLEW AWAY the competion. They gave me a fair trade value on my nearly 8 year old vehicle that I still owed on! They took $5,000.00 off the MSRP on a 2011 Camry!!! The price was UNDER INVOICE!!! The scheduled maintenance is FREE for 2 years/25,000 miles!!! I still can't believe the interest rate is as low as it is with our credit score being so hideously low. I know I could have gotten a car anywhere but the terms would have been horrific. Needless to say, I took the competition their car back and wondered why they advertise better price and selection. Fuel savings and trade value were my top two concerns and I was taken care of. I will recommend Lowe Toyota to anyone and everyone. I literally 'Drove Home Happy'!!! I'm so excited when I go out to the garage and see my shiny new Camry. I'll save THOUSANDS of dollars over the life of my loan compared to the competition...I'll save thousands of dollars in fuel costs...my insurance is cheaper...I paid ZERO dollars out of pocket and the sales rep (Mat Leopard) went the extra mile to familiarize me with the service department, the website, he even fed me for free! I AM A TOYOTA MAN!!! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU LOWE TOYOTA!!! I just read online at how fuel prices are expected to be near $4.00 by summer of 2011. Thank you for taking care of me!! More
