First the appearance of the dealership is a plus. Was easy to find. I was only browsing different dealerships and just decided to try Toyota. I have never been a Toyota fan. Mr. Blackmon's approach was very professional throughout the entire acquisition. The ease of purchasing from Toyota was simple and very speedy. Even in the absence of Mr. Blackmon other sales professionals would inquire to ask if I was in need of anything. Very warm reception when returning on Saturday to have a final clean up being it was too late to do the required job the previous evening. Please note it was my suggestion to return so they could close. They insisted it was not a problem, but I do know how it is when time to go. I thank Toyota also for a nice lunch while waiting to get serviced. Mr. Blackmon was there to meet me upon arrival and periodically checked to let me know the status of my car. I do hope the service is as prompt as the sales and I do have no doubt it will be. Thanks for changing the perception of car salesmen to sales professionals. Corey was awesome! We came late Friday night.
