The dealership staff told me that a car was "here" and available. Drove an hour from Richmond to see it, only to find it was in Williamsburg instead. Chester Dealership apparently can't be trusted. I reached out to the general manager but received no rely. His lack of a response is indicative of a dealership that does not back what they say or do. Look elsewhere for a car. More
