I had a great experience working with Brittany. I had a problem with the tires that I had installed on my car (by another facility). I brought my car in for an oil change and while driving to the I had a problem with the tires that I had installed on my car (by another facility). I brought my car in for an oil change and while driving to the dealership, I noticed that my car was shaking. The tires were brand new so I knew that the tires weren’t the problem but something was wrong. I mentioned it when I brought my car into Brittany and she and her team were able to return my car to me without a shaking issue. Brittany is a great and honest service advisor.
