He took all the stress out of purchasing a new car and made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend Priority Toyota and especially Michael Nesmith to anyone in the market for a new car. I never purchased a car before in my whole life without visiting the dealership or car lot. Even though he is a new sales person he answered all of my questions in a satisfactory way. Thank you Michael Nesmith for your excellent performance and be assured that I will recommend you to many of my friends. Again, thank you and good luck on your new adventure. Chris Skordas More

I experienced more issues within two weeks. This caused me to spend the next few Friday’s at the dealership. This sounds bad, right? Well, when is bad, good? Bad is good when the dealership makes the customer a Priority and strives to make the customer experience whole. The dealership empathized with my situation, made it possible for me to work from the location, and corrected each problem. I returned once more, today. They went above and beyond, fixed the minor problem, and did so for free because this car has not performed well. I call that establishing a life time customer franchise. They’re committed to a quality experience and doing the right thing by the customer. One thing people should understand before buying is that this is a high volume location off 95. They service more cars than your average dealership on Hull Street, Route 60 or Broad Street. Expect to wait; however, they’re committed to getting it right. I’m shocked by how fast they move given the volume of cars in shop. I too had trouble reaching people directly when calling the main line. This was not a problem for me. I left a message with service and received a return call same day. When I return to the dealership, the person who sold me my car, Mike Nesmith, makes it a point to understand how I am doing. This is time he could spend trying to sell cars, yet, he makes it a priority to spend a couple of minutes with me each time. Greg Campbell, the Finance Manager, has fielded several calls and shared advice that is helpful. He doesn’t have to do that, right? I signed the papers. He does because he makes the customer a priority. Jacy Poul, the General Manager, has made it a priority to ensure my bad experience ends on a positive note. Certainly, this man who oversees this large operation should be too busy for me, right? He is a good man of high character and has made sure problems are solved. Troy Jackson has been my point of contact for everything service. This guy is incredible. He’s efficient, focused, articulate, patient, friendly, and educates me when I do not understand the technical aspect. This is day one without problems. Consider what I wrote above, take a look at the other reviews, and make an informed choice. Understand what car you want, what it’s worth, and what your trade is worth. If you purchase a used car, and you’re a worrier, purchase a warranty if it gives you peace of mind. Remember, used cars are used and they will have problems like anything else that ages. While my car has had trouble the 1st month, I have had no troubles with Priority because they have made me a priority. More

Before my 1 year warranty was up, I began having ENGINE problems! I took my vehicle to Colonial Honda and it had to be serviced at Toyota to get the engine replaced! That's the best thing that could have ever happened to me! Josh King was my Service Advisor and I must say, compared to Colonial Honda, I was treated like GOLD! They did an AWESOME job on my vehicle and I have 0 complaints! I will continue to get my car serviced here and I will also purchase a vehicle here in the future when needed. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! They have earned a customer for life!!! More
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE This morning my car had to be TOWED for the 3RD TIME to Priority's Collision Center AND this was my 4TH trip back since they originally "fixed" my car This morning my car had to be TOWED for the 3RD TIME to Priority's Collision Center AND this was my 4TH trip back since they originally "fixed" my car after hitting an animal. Refurbished parts were put in my car and problems kept arising from the initial damage and yet this center made me feel like it was MY fault that they couldn't get it right. Troy H (whether affiliated with Liberty Mutual or Priority Toyota) and Jeanette Frazier (Collision Manager) made me feel like "my problem" was such an inconvenience. I have missed time from work going back and forth to this dealership since they can't correct the issue. I am going to be sure to tell everyone that I know how horrible Toyota is and the customer service disgusts me! More

the dealership gave me a hard sell on the Auto Butler add on to my contract but didn't inform me the only time I could schedule this service was in the morning. I can never get to them in the morning and wo on to my contract but didn't inform me the only time I could schedule this service was in the morning. I can never get to them in the morning and would not have signed up for the service had I known. I have already missed one of my appointments due to this policy. A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! And yes I hold the dealership accountable for not informing me as they were more than willing to add it to my loan from Toyota More
